Ongoing support means I am available 7 days a week for any updates you may need on your site. Additionally, each month I run your site through the checklist below to ensure your site stays updated, secure, and performing at its best.

General Website Health Check
  • Ensure the website is active and accessible
  • Check for broken links/fix any errors
  • Verify all pages are loading properly
  • Test mobile responsiveness
  • Check for any visible design issues
Security & Performance
  • Run security audit
  • Verify SSL certificate is active
  • Verify site has run a recent backup
  • Verify bots are being filtered out in any forms
SEO & Performance Enhancements
  • Run a basic SEO audit
  • Resubmit XML sitemap if changes were made
  • Review alt text on images
  • Review and improve meta tags and descriptions (if necessary)
  • Ensure site speed is optimized
Content Updates & Refreshing
