I'm Josie Jonckheere - designer, artist, and nonstop creator. I've worn many hats over the years including marketing associate, graphic designer, and digital designer/developer. I am blessed to love what I do so much that I spend my free time running this business and creating websites for small businesses all over the country.
I created this studio to have the freedom to explore all my passions. Outside of web design, I love traveling for my photography, painting abstract art, and linocut printmaking.
The best title I've ever been given is Aunt JoJo, but I'm also a daughter of entrepreneurs and a friend to anyone who just goes to baseball games for the hotdogs.
I procrastinate by deep cleaning my home, and writing snail mail is my favorite pastime. I believe Sunday mornings are incomplete without pancakes and bacon, and my best karaoke song is We Didn't Start the Fire by Billy Joel.
My great-great-grandparents emigrated from Belgium and built a farm in Michigan that has stayed in my family over 100 years. I grew up in the mitten, and spent my twenties living in six other states, but I've now happily returned to my home state to put down roots and dedicate more time to my business.
At the core of everything I do is a love for creating things that matter. Whether I'm building a website, designing a logo, or capturing a moment through my camera lens, my goal is to always leave a lasting impact. Seeing my work make someone excited about their business, their brand, or even just a piece of art on their wall brings me so much joy.

From medical practices to adventure brands, every business has different needs. These projects show how strategic design can work across industries.
Take a closer lookI'm a creature of habit who loves change.
I love trying new things, moving to new places, and evolving at work. But I'd be lost without my routine. I believe routines are essential to a good work ethic. When our activities become standardized, it creates a structure for our lives and allows us to be more efficient.
Outside of work, my weekly routine looks a little something like this:
"Today's Video Games Will Look Ancient In A Decade" - Ezra Fuller
"I’m a Developer. I Won’t Teach My Kids to Code, and Neither Should You." - Joe Morgan
"Millennials Are Saving Golf by Rebranding It" - Ben Schott
"Debranding Is the New Branding" - Ben Schott
Braiding Sweetgrass - Robin Wall Kimmerer
Undistracted - Bob Goff
Nowhere For Very Long - Brianna Madia
On Writing - Stephen King
The Penguin History of the USA - Hugh Brogan
Ellen Rutt - Detroit, Michigan
Megan Rooney - London
Tyler Turnbull - Katy, Texas
The Art of Pants - New York City
Anita Cousino - Northern Michigan
